Prescriptions may be requested:
Post - Post the right hand side of the prescription into the Health Centre
Fax - Requests can be faxed to 028 686 28624
Reception - Requests can be left in the designated box in the reception area

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ORDER AND COLLECT YOUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTION PRIOR TO THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY PERIOD.
This website allows online access to ordering repeat prescriptions, booking and cancelling appointments. Please ask a receptionist if you are interested in registering for this service.
Repeat prescriptions should be ordered 48 hrs in advance. Your prescription will be available for collection after 3pm, 72 hrs after the request has been received.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS WE HAVE EXTENDED THE LENGTH OF TIME TAKEN FOR REPEATS TO 72 HRS.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
