Sexual Health Clinic

Need someone to talk to about Female/Male Sexual Health?

Come along to the clinics at the South West College.

No appointment necessary.

What Services are available?

We provide a confidential service providing 2 clinics. We have 2 types

of clinic:

Monday Morning GUM (Genito-Urinary Medicine) Clinic

9.30am-12.30pm. Sexual Health Advice/Testing and Treatment for Sexually Transmitted Infections/Free condoms

Monday Afternoon Contraception and Sexual Health Clinic

1.30-4.30pm, Contraception (including free condoms), /Pregnancy Testing/General Sexual Health Advice

Please note

Both clinics offer a confidential service providing support around general

health concerns/relationships issues/sexual orientation. You do not have

to be sexually active to attend our service. We are here to listen and it

makes good sense to get the correct advice and information before

becoming involved in a sexual relationship.

Who Provides the Services?

Sexual Health Nurses – Western Health and Social Care Trust.

How do I get a consultation?

Just call into the common room beside the canteen and register with the

receptionist. She will then arrange for you to see the nurse in a private

room (old first aid room, just down the corridor from the common room).
